Welcome to the first annual Run Unbridled Track Fest at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA on June 14, 2025. You can expect a high-energy atmosphere with music all night, food trucks, Aslin beer, and announcers with a mix of community and pro races. Featuring steeple madness with open & select/pro steeplechase – you can run the 2k or 3k open or the select Pugsley 3k steeple. We are building some excellent pro fields for the 800, 5000, 3k Steeple. Come grab a PR in the 800, mile or 5000, or steeple and then sit back and watch an incredible night of racing under the stars.

Open/Community to Elite/Pro Heats. USATF sanctioned and open to runners of all ages who can maintain a 10:00 pace or faster. Heats are seeded based on qualifying times (high school/college runners can run in pro heats)

Prize money:
Pugsley 3k Steeple: $350 / $100 / $50
Top DMR team – $400 (winner take all!)

Youth Mile (13 & under) is free!

In case of inclement weather, races will be delayed until otherwise impossible.

Spectator tickets also available! If you’re not running, pacing or coaching – you need a spectator ticket. New this year – trackside seating! Get up and close to the action

Race Schedule:

4:30 – Open Mile (10:00 cutoff)
5:15 – Free Youth Mile (15:00 cutoff)
5:30 – Open 5000 (30:00 cutoff)
6:30 – Open 800 (4:00 cutoff)
7:20 – Open 2k & 3k Steeple
8:15 – Pugsley 3k Steeple
8:35 – Select 800
8:50 – Select 5000
9:30 – DMR – DMV Club Championships!
