Sunday, May 18th, 6:30 AM – 7:15 AM, on site at C&O Canal Towpath, Carderock Recreation Area

The race starts and ends at C&O Canal Tow Path, Carderock Recreation Area

– Three aid stations along the course
– Runners pass aid stations six times (about every 2 miles)
– Each aid station has water and Gatorade
– First aid, course marshals, and bike support on the course.

All race proceeds support Marathon Charity Cooperation – Charity Partners
