Run Aware 5K

Keep your eyes and ears open as you RUN AWARE on the trails at Cabin John Regional Park, a cross-country challenge for all of your senses. You’ll travel on hills, run near streams, and enjoy the sights in the early spring. Be prepared to get wet and muddy!

8:00 AM – 5K Start
8:05 AM – 1K Youth Run Start

Free for MCRRC members; $15 plus fees for non-members over age 18; $10 plus fees for non-members under age 18.
