2024 EOD Warrior Holiday Dash 6k, Half, & Marathon
Points count towards 5k (6k), Endurance, & Back of the Pack Series. Points will also count towards our Fall Series.
Get in the Holiday spirit with this great race. All three events run on the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path, however the Half Marathon & Marathon begin/end in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club while the 6K begins/ends at Fletcher’s Boat House.
Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.

This is a Boston-Qualifying Full Marathon. (6hr time limit)

In partnership with EOD Warrior Foundation. The EOD Warrior Foundation (EODWF) serves the EOD community by providing financial assistance and support to active-duty and veteran wounded, injured or ill EOD warriors, families of our wounded and fallen EOD warriors and by maintaining the EOD Memorial. – See more here.
Race Start Times
Full-Marathon – 8am (6-Hr Course Limit)
If you think your pace for the full marathon is near or above 5.5 hours, please reach out to [email protected] to arrange an earlier start time as we want to accommodate all runners’ abilities.
Half-Marathon – 8:45am
6k – 9:30am
Registration Fees
6k – $35, until November 15 ($40)
Half – $65, until November 15 ($70)
Full – $85, until November 15 ($90)
***Price will increase on race morning by $5 for each distance
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before November 20. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
